We went for dinner here yesterday after a long day at a conference we were attending. Great decision! Friendly and professional staff who greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. One mark of good restaurant training is when they get back to you at some point to ask if everything is OK with the food, which they did. There was a bit of a delay getting our bill but it didn't really matter as we were enjoying our time chatting. I ordered the spicy squid for starter -- it was one of the best ones I've had (and I love squid). Perfectly cooked and well-seasoned, crispy and tender. Good portion size too. For my mains, I had The Spider sushi, consisting of soft-shelled crab and avocado. Delicious and filling! Their poke bowls are great too. Beautiful plating as well. They both have western and Japanese and Japanese fusion selection. Highly recommended!
Pre theatre visit, enjoyed a selection of sushi, gyozas, salt and pepper fries and a katsu curry. Shared between 3 and all fabulous. Really lovely staff too.
Visited whilst away for a gig with my daughter at the O2 Victoria Warehouse. We went for the Pan Asian Unagi menu and weren't disappointed. Good choice of beers and drinks, service was friendly and attentive, atmosphere in the bar was great. Would go again
Definitely now my favourite bar in Manchester, very classy insides, fantastic music and the outdoor seating area is really nice. Food was delicious, definitely some of the best if not the best sushi I've ever had. Ian and crew were incredible throughout the night, would happily go back. Cheapest shots in media city easily and they don't skimp out on filling up each glass
Good service and variety of food prices are good as well, we tried the sushi and the crispy pork belly which were very tasty, even in a match day the service was pretty fast which honestly was unexpected in a very good way. The burger was really tasty the right size
Food at unagi and lime was excellent! If you are in two minds as to whether to eat Japanese or more western cuisine, why not have both?
Been here a few times now and it doesn't disappoint. Staff always pleasant and helpful, best thing is that they have large screens with football on so it's a good place to go watch the match.
We had our first visit, and it certainly will not be our last. Food was really tasty, service was excellent and the atmosphere was good, having football on the screens helped with the younger and older guests in our party. Would highly recommend
